Abstract This position paper formalizes the Atomic Clock Paradox as a logical proof chain, grounded in Perspective Theory's ontology—existence as perpetual motion emerging from the unresolved paradox of something and nothing. It demonstrates that denying quantum-scale perspectives (e.g., trillions of moments in a shrunken clock within one lab-second) commits ontological violence, erasing motion's relational reality. Current physics' summed models (e.g., relativity's dilation as "slowing," quantum's superposition as non-perspectival) fail to reconcile scale-based simultaneity, treating internal motions as irrelevant or collapsed. Perspective Theory resolves this by framing time as octave shifts in motion—recursive nows where perspectives coexist without override. The paper concludes that physics must embrace ontological motion or concede incompleteness, with implications for quantum gravity, time, and awareness.
