The floodplain data presented in this application consists of Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA), Elevation Certificates, and FEMA’s Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM). The DFIRM has two distinct representations: (1) “DFIRM” which is the effective FIRM and (2) “DFIRM: Baltimore County Regulatory” which is the FIRM from September, 2008, effective only in coastal areas.
