RESILIAGE RAISE questionnaire – Resilience Assessment Interactive Self-Enabler survey forms

RAISE (Resilience Assessment Interactive Self-Enabler) is the RESILIAGE self-assessment questionnaire on community resilience and preparedness, which assigns respondents a resilience profile from their answers. This record contains the questionnaire definitions used in ArcGIS Survey123: the RAISE questionnaire, its Phase II version with the resilience profiles, the three rounds of the longitudinal survey (T0, T1, T2) and the local heritage surveys of the Crete and Famenne-Ardenne CORE Labs. This dataset was produced within RESILIAGE – Advancing holistic understanding of community RESILIence and heritAGE drivers through community-based methodologies, a Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action (grant agreement 101121231, topic HORIZON-CL3-2022-DRS-01-04, September 2023 – August 2026) coordinated by Politecnico di Torino. It is documented in deliverable D3.2. Each questionnaire is given in XLSForm (.xlsx) and XForm (.xml) format, with the images it uses. The record contains the questionnaires only, no responses.
