资源简介:
The two data files (.xlsx) are the supporting metadata for an analysis of the distribution and set point of hepatitis B virus (HBV) viral loads in adults with chronic infection, comparing cohorts from the UK and from South Africa. We have also included viral load data for Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) for comparison.
Suppl Fig 1: Relationship between hepatitis B viral load, HBeAg status and (A) sex, (B) age, and (C) ethnicity, in a cohort of adults with chronic hepatitis B virus infection recruited in Oxford, UK. Data shown for 351 individuals, of whom 304 HBeAg-negative and 47 HBeAg-positive. Number of participants in each category marked on individual bars, with total number in each plot reduced as a result of missing data for individual patients. Ethnicity based on self-reported data using standardised ethnicity codes. Categories for Chinese and Indian groups shown separately from other Asian patients.

Data collection for the UK cohort was approved by the NRES Committee South Central-Oxford C (ref: 15/SC/0523). South African data collection was approved by the Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee at the University of the Free State; reference UFS-HSD2019/0044/2603.
p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; text-align: justify; font: 11.0px Arial} span.s1 {font-kerning: none}
