ASCs were found to contribute not only to the amniotic membrane but also to the cardiovascular system. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of ASCs. Overall design: Amniogenic somatopleure tissues were collected from E1.5 (st10) chick embryos and dissociate into single cells to analyze using scRNAseq.
