Volume containers processed at Port of Antwerp (Belgium) 2009-2022

The number of containers processed at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges increased steadily from 2013 to 2020, and in 2020 the Port of Antwerp processed over 7.4 million containers. The lowest number of containers processed at the port between 2009 and 2020 was seen in 2009, when less than five million containers were processed. In 2021, the ports of Antwerp and Bruges decided to merge.
