Urban Flood Observations dataset

High‑resolution, hand‑labeled global urban flood time observations of 13 global events derived from 3-meter PlanetScope imagery (231 scenes, 2018 – 2022).Labels were generated by the Social [Pixel] Lab using Labelbox; the package you’ve downloaded was created in March of 2024. /UrbanFloodObservations The manually labeled component of the dataset is organized into two top‑level folders whose names describe their contents:* PlanetScope – 8‑bit, 3-meter PlanetScope image chips.* Labels – single‑band flood masks that correspond pixel‑for‑pixel to each PlanetScope chip.In every label image the pixel values are binary: 0 = non‑inundated and 1 = inundated./stac_catalog The STAC catalog for the entire dataset.
