Reproducible dataset and R workflow for metabolomic analysis of Copaifera pubiflora oleoresins

This dataset contains raw GC–MS relative abundance data, processed metabolomic matrices, metadata, and R scripts used for the analysis of Copaifera pubiflora oleoresins in the Colombian Orinoquía. The repository includes:- Raw data (Excel format)- Cleaned datasets- Chemical matrix- Metadata- R scripts for reproducible multivariate analysis (PERMANOVA, betadisper)- Output files Due to methodological constraints, samples analyzed by different extraction techniques (HS-SPME vs. direct injection) should be interpreted with caution when comparing relative abundances. All analyses can be reproduced by running the provided R script.
