This dataset contains RNA-seq data and phenotypic measurements from wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0, WT) and the nitric oxide homeostasis mutant Arabidopsis thaliana gsnor1-3 (gsnor-ko) generated in a multi-generational climate experiment. Plants were exposed to six climate scenarios: Control, Drought, elevated carbon dioxide, elevated ozone, warm climate, and Combination. Treatments were applied during G1-G3, followed by recovery generations under control conditions. RNA-seq samples were collected from G1, G3, and G5. Phenotype was measured at week 3 and 4 for generations G1-G5.
