RNA-sequencing data of bovine blastocysts produced from oocytes matured in the presence of preovulatory follicular fluid

Bovine oocytes were in vitro matured in the presence of preovulatory follicular fluid collected from follicles of greater or lesser maturity. Total RNA was extracted from pools of 2 blastocysts from each oocyte maturation group, and 3' RNA sequencing libraries were generated and sequenced. Differences in transcript abundance between blastocyst pools originating from each oocyte maturation category were assessed.
