资源简介:
The marine microalga Dunaliella salina (Chlorophyceae) is a phytoplanktonic species that has a great distribution in the marine ecosystems. This species is widely used in laboratory cultures and in toxicity assays to evaluate the effects of industrial effluents. The effects of cadmium exposure on microalgae has been intensively explored previously; however, most of these studies only focused on one or several time end points of the same growth cycle. In the present study, we acclimated the cells to more than three generations, which could be much easier to mimic a natural polluted water environment. In the present study, transcriptome analysis were investigated in control and Cd acclimatization group and reciprocal cadmium change at 6 h and 24 h to identify cadmium specific genes. Our data will help to deepen our understanding of toxicity and adaptation for microalgae in response to cadmium.
