通过采集、分析新昌轴承产业中部分企业的知识产权数据总量和各类知识产权的占比,同时结合企业的主营产品类型,计算得到针对不同类型新昌轴承企业申请各类知识产权的数量范围,以帮助新昌轴承产业的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。算法规则包括以下几个方面:1.数据采集:查找和挑选新昌轴承企业,通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站,对企业的商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量和著作权登记数量进行采集。2.数据处理:计算得到各企业的知识产权总数X,商标数量/知识产权总数X=商标在知识产权总数中的占比,发明专利数量/知识产权总数X=发明专利在知识产权总数中的占比,实用新型数量/知识产权总数X=实用新型在知识产权总数中的占比,外观设计数量/知识产权总数X=外观设计在知识产权总数中的占比,著作权登记数量/知识产权总数X=著作权在知识产权总数中的占比。3.经过统计、筛选得到新昌轴承企业中商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量和著作权登记数量的合理比例范围。4.数据应用:根据各类知识产权的比例范围,为不同规模的新昌轴承企业知识产权管理提出合理建议,为新昌轴承企业的知识产权保护提供支持和保障。

This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing the total intellectual property (IP) volume and proportions of various types of IP assets of selected enterprises in the Xinchang Bearing Industry, combined with the main product categories of these enterprises, to calculate the quantity ranges of IP applications for different types of Xinchang bearing enterprises, so as to provide support for IP strategy formulation and application guidance for enterprises in the Xinchang Bearing Industry. The algorithm rules are as follows: 1. Data Collection: Identify and select enterprises in the Xinchang Bearing Industry, and collect the number of trademarks, invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, and copyright registrations of these enterprises via the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and third-party IP retrieval platforms. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the total IP count X for each enterprise, then derive the proportion of each IP type relative to the total IP count X: the proportion of trademarks = number of trademarks / X, the proportion of invention patents = number of invention patents / X, the proportion of utility model patents = number of utility model patents / X, the proportion of design patents = number of design patents / X, and the proportion of copyright registrations = number of copyright registrations / X. 3. Statistical Screening: Obtain the reasonable proportional ranges of the number of trademarks, invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, and copyright registrations for enterprises in the Xinchang Bearing Industry through statistical analysis and screening. 4. Data Application: Based on the proportional ranges of various IP types, provide reasonable suggestions for IP management of Xinchang bearing enterprises of different scales, and offer support and guarantee for the IP protection of these enterprises.
