Bacteria with potential action for industrial organic compounds degradation and plant growth promoting

With the aim to bioremediate waste generated from the oleins industry, in this Bioproject we proposed isolate and identify bacterial strains with lipase, phospholipase, cellulase and protease activities from a olein waste mix; (ii) analyze their ability to grow in the residue and reduce the chemical oxygen demand, soluble solids in ether and phytotoxicity and iii) use some strains in an assisted bioaugmentation approach.
