Onderstepoort Biological Products (OBP) SOC Ltd manufactures viral products against livestock and wildlife diseases. This project seeks to address the molecular characterization of the antigens incorporated in the vaccines. Whole genome sequencing of the original master seed stocks was performed. The genome sequences were obtained using the Ion torrent, Illumina and PacBio sequencing platforms. The data generated will contribute towards updating available data on the dossiers.
