Studies of dynamic variations in rhizosphere microbiome and plant after inoculation of PGP-microbes in soils

The gaol of this study was to explore the dynamic variations in rhizosphere microbiome and plant after inoculation of PGP-microbes in soils. The muli-omics analysis was used, including 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metagenomic sequencing from microcosms inoculated with PGP-microbes as well as transcriptome sequencing and whole genome bisulfite sequencing from plant roots incoculated with PGP-microbes.
