The research on transcriptional profiling in plasma exosomes of SD rats: SAH vs Sham

Transcriptional profiling of plasma exosomes came from SD rats that underwent subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and sham operation (Sham) rats. The goal was to identify the changes of RNA in plasma exosomes after subarachnoid hemorrhage in SD rats.本数据集以蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoid hemorrhage, SAH）模型SD大鼠及假手术（Sham）组SD大鼠的血浆外泌体（plasma exosomes）为研究对象，开展转录谱分析，旨在明确SD大鼠发生蛛网膜下腔出血后，其血浆外泌体中RNA的表达变化。
