About the new industrial policy

The essence of industrial policy is to concentrate the productive potential of the nation with targeted assistance to all the most important sectors of the economy to achieve the highest priority objective of the national economic strategy for the given period (for example, overcoming the lag, maintaining leadership, increasing labor productivity, and bringing the economy to a higher level of competitiveness). Industrial policy cannot be implemented by the efforts of only one industry. But industrial policy is always present where there is industry, although it may be bad or good, effective or not, active or passive, depending on many conditions.
