Single cell RNAseq analysis of kidneys from Hepta-ANG1-treated and vehicle-treated mice identified endothelial-specific gene signatures and emergence of a new glomerular endothelial subpopulation associated with improved kidney function. Total RNA of whole kidneys was sequenced to compare the transcriptional response of control and VE-PTPiKO kidneys after 5 hours of reperfusion. We saw fewer genes altered in the VE-PTPiKO kidney after IR injury compared to control. Kidneys from vehicle or Hepta-ANG1 treated male C57BL/6 mice were harvested 24 h after IR injury with 20min ischemia time. bulk RNA sequencing of total RNA isolated from whole kidney 5 hour after IR induced acute kidney injury and sham surgery
