start of the actual Federal Parliament election campaign.

Topics: attitude to political unification of Western Europe;
assessment of the danger of war; attitude to various nations; sympathy
scale for political personalities as well as for the CDU/CSU, the SPD
and the FDP; sources used for political information; significance of
political work at the various political decision levels; current rank
order of domestic and foreign policy; personal issue relevance and
perceived issue competence of the CDU/CSU and the SPD; perceived party
inclination of various social groups and of the media; expected
election result; attitude to the party system; party preference and
party identification; voting decision at earlier Federal Parliament
elections and voting intent for the Federal Parliament election 1961;
certainty of one´s voting decision; party that one cannot vote for;
social status index (Scheuch Index).
