On the basis of existing problems in the prior art in the pretreatment of lignocellulose， the present invention provides a method suitable for pretreating lignocellulosic biomass， suitable for producing fermentable sugars by saccharifying cellulose substrates of cellulosome whole bacteria. The pretreatment method comprises three steps performed in sequence: (1) physical pulverization， (2) sulfonation pretreatment， and (3) hydrothermal pretreatment/xylanase hydrolysis pretreatment. The (2) sulfonation pretreatment step must be set before the (3) hydrothermal pretreatment/xylanase hydrolysis pretreatment step. The method achieves green and efficient separation and comprehensive utilization of three major components of biomass: cellulose， hemicellulose， and lignin. Furthermore， the cellulose substrate obtained by the method is used for bacterial saccharification of fibrosomes， hydrolytic saccharification efficiency is greatly improved， producing an unexpected technical effect， and has significant progress.
