This table includes the background information for the DGRP studies and individual phenotypes that passed quality control and are used throughout this publication. For each phenotype the name and doi of the originating study is listed. Additionally, the table includes metadata relating to the number of DGRP lines with data for each trait, and the relationship of each trait to cosmopolitan inversions. (XLSX)
