Here we examine the chromatin landscapes of HSCs from young (2 months) vs old (24 months) mice bone marrow. Overall design: To determine the chromatin accessibility changes in HSCs during ageing, we FACS sorted HSCs (LSKCD150+CD48-) from young and old mouse bone marrow for bulk ATAC-seq.
