GExplore

GExplore 1.4 now contains information about the domain organization of the proteomes of 9 nematode species, can display the location of Caenorhabditis elegans mutations with respect to the domain organization of the proteins, and includes stage-specific RNAseq gene expression data generated by the modENCODE project. The underlying database has been reorganized to facilitate independent updates of the different parts of the database and to allow the addition of novel data sets in the future.GExplore 1.4 现已收录9种线虫的蛋白质组结构域组织相关信息，可基于蛋白质结构域组织展示秀丽隐杆线虫（Caenorhabditis elegans）突变位点的相对位置，并收录了由modENCODE项目产生的阶段特异性RNAseq基因表达数据。其底层数据库已完成重构，以实现数据库各组成部分的独立更新，并为未来新增各类新型数据集提供了便利。
