In our study we showed that JMJD6 expression in tumor cells can regulate macrophage differentiation in vitro through ANXA-1 secretion. For this experiment we cultured RAW264.7 cells cultured in conditioned medium of SCR or JMJD6-KO breast cancer PymT-41C cells for 24hrs and we then submitted the RAW264.7 cells for ClariomD assay Overall design: In this dataset, we include the expression data from RAW264.7 cells cultured in normal medium (RAW NM), medium of SCR PyMT-41C cells (RAW CM SCR), medium of SCR PyMT-41C cells with addition of the ANXA-1 receptor blockade, CSH (RAW CM SC+CSHR) and, medium of JMJD6-KO PyMT-41C cells (RAW CM KO).
