Assessment of the impact of a health education intervention on knowledge of non-communicable diseases among school students of rural Nepal: A quasi-experimental study

Non-communicable diseases are the leading causes of global morbidity and mortality. Lifestyle modification through health education is one of the "best buys" to reduce the growing burden of non-communicable diseases. The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of a health education intervention program in improving knowledge of non-communicable diseases among school students of rural Nepal.
