Tracking Microbial Community Dynamics in Barramundi Larviculture: Insights from Flow Cytometry and 16S rRNA Gene Sequencing

This study addresses the critical role of microorganisms in aquaculture systems, specifically focusing on microbial dynamics in barramundi (Lates calcarifer) larviculture systems in Vietnam. Our findings provide novel insights into microbial community assembly, emphasizing the impact of stochastic processes and tank-specific differences on microbial community structure, even under uniform operational conditions.
