Data for: Designed polycrystalline ultra-high ductile boron doped Cu-Al-Ni based shape memory alloy

Raw data contains tensile test data and X-ray data of all the three alloys reported in this paper. This data does not include DSC analysis data as we prefer to retain it as it include much more information that would be used for other communication work.
