Glocalsa IT infrastructure

The aim of GLOCALSA IT infrastructure centres around the development of a smartphone app to gather data throughout students’ participation in a stay abroad using the Experience Sampling Method (ESM) (Csíkszentimihályi & Larson 1987).
The system developed by the company CompsaOnline, SL for the GLOCALSA project is centralized on a server that hosts a PHP Laravel Filament project. This project integrates four components: a database where the data collected are stored; an API; an administration panel (Filament), and a front-end.
In addition, the system includes a mobile application developed with Flutter, available for both iOS and Android, which connects to the API as well as to the front-end encapsulated in web views.
The download package includes all the code of the IT infrastructure and a document with a basic description of the contents and instructions for use. Another document with a narrative explanation of the IT is also included.
