Questionnaire data from 5,038 workers about home office, collected in February and March 2021. The survey has been carried out on behalf of the Work Research Institute (AFI) at OsloMet. The respondents are members of "Kantarpanelet", a panel of people who have agreed to answer surveys.
When the survey was carried out, the population lived under strict infection control measures becauce of the Covid-19 pandemic and the authorities recommended that everyone who had the opportunity should work from a home office. The survey examines the scope of the home office, working conditions in the home office, health, working hours and privacy.
Mapping the extent, trends and consequences of using a home office and other remote work. The study was commissioned by the Norwegian Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion.
