Change in technology expenditure of SMBs in Australia 2021, by range

According to a survey conducted in 2020, around 30 percent of small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Australia intended to increase their expenditure on technology by up to 10 percent in 2021. This increase in technology expenditure has likely been as a response to the global Coronavirus pandemic, which has pushed SMBs in the country to invest in digitalization to remain competitive in the changing business landscape.
