Female-male migrant Episyrphus balteatus transcriptomics

Transciptomes from 10 female and 10 male actively migrating Episyrphus balteatus caught in the Pyrenean pass of Puerto de Bujaruelo. Differential gene expression analysis was conducted between the female and male flies to eluciate genetic compoents influencing observed sex bias in migrating hoverflies.
