通过周期内时间计划达成率×良品率×时间稼动率来计算下料机设备的OEE(设备综合效率),能准确地知晓设备运行效率如何,以便及时地进行改善。使用OEE模型,企业可以轻松的找到影响生产效率的瓶颈,降低设备的故障以及维修成本,并进行改进和跟踪,加强设备管理以延长设备的使用寿命,达到提高生产效率的目的。OEE可以帮助所有生产制造型企业,对生产设备进行分析,改善生产状况,提高产品质量。能最大化提高设备的利用率。1、数据收集:数据采集于企业内部,对采集到的下料机设备数据进行降噪、清洗、加工后进行处理。 2、数据处理:设备综合效率(OEE)=计划达成率×良品率×时间稼动率,计划达成率=实际数量/计划数量,良品率=合格数量/实际数量,时间稼动率=稼动时间/负荷时间,稼动时间是指设备在一定时期内(班次即白班/晚班)实际投入生产的时间,负荷时间则是设备在特定作业周期内实际运行的时间,此处为固定值,480分钟。 3、OEE值越大,表明设备效率越高。85%以上的OEE通常被认为是优秀水平,这代表了设备在生产过程中发挥了极高的效能。60%到85%的OEE表示设备还有一定的改进空间,通过优化设备维护、改进生产工艺、提高操作员技能等措施,可以进一步提升设备效率。低于60%的OEE则表明设备效率较低,需要进行显著的改进和优化。通过监控每个班次的OEE值,可以帮助企业生产设备保持良好的正常运转,降低设备的故障以及维修成本,加强设备管理以延长设备的使用寿命。
Calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of cutting machines by multiplying the in-cycle planned achievement rate, qualified product rate, and time utilization rate enables accurate assessment of equipment operational efficiency, facilitating timely targeted improvements. By leveraging the OEE model, enterprises can easily identify production efficiency bottlenecks, reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs, implement improvement and tracking measures, strengthen equipment management to extend service life, and ultimately achieve the goal of enhancing production efficiency. OEE can support all manufacturing enterprises in analyzing production equipment, optimizing production conditions, improving product quality, and maximizing equipment utilization.
1. Data Collection: Data is collected from within the enterprise, and the acquired cutting machine equipment data is processed via noise reduction, cleaning, and data processing operations.
2. Data Processing: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) = Planned Achievement Rate × Qualified Product Rate × Time Utilization Rate.
- Planned Achievement Rate = Actual Production Quantity / Planned Production Quantity
- Qualified Product Rate = Qualified Product Quantity / Actual Production Quantity
- Time Utilization Rate = Operating Time / Load Time
Operating time refers to the actual time the equipment dedicates to production within a specific period (shifts, i.e., day shift/night shift). Load time is the actual operating time of the equipment within a given operation cycle, which is set as a fixed value of 480 minutes here.
3. A higher OEE value indicates higher equipment efficiency. An OEE score of over 85% is generally regarded as an excellent level, meaning the equipment has achieved extremely high operational efficiency during production. An OEE between 60% and 85% suggests that the equipment has room for further improvement, and measures such as optimizing equipment maintenance, refining production processes, and upgrading operator skills can be adopted to further boost equipment efficiency. An OEE below 60% indicates relatively low equipment efficiency, requiring significant improvements and optimizations. Monitoring the OEE value of each shift can help enterprises maintain the smooth operation of production equipment, reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs, strengthen equipment management, and extend the service life of the equipment.
