Soil and weather data collected for evaluating soil moisture impact of stone bunds in Ghana

The dataset includes field measurements of soil moisture at depths of 10 and 20 cm, as well as soil physico-chemical characteristics soil and weather data obtained from a weather station installed at the plot level in the Upper East Region, Nabdam District, specifically in Nangodi Soliga, Ghana. The data span the 2022–2023 growing seasons and include detailed samples from agricultural plots.
