Next generation sequencing of the mammary gland and pituitary of WT and CXCR2 KO animals in SOPF or conventional conditions

We report the comparison of gene expression in the mammary gland and pituitary of WT Balb and CXCR2 KO BALB/c animals which were housed in conventional or SOPF conditions mRNA profile was generated by deep sequencing using NextSeq 500 Illumina.我们报道了饲养于常规或SOPF环境的野生型（Wild Type, WT）BALB小鼠与CXCR2基因敲除（Knock Out, KO）BALB/c小鼠的乳腺及垂体组织基因表达对比分析；本研究采用Illumina NextSeq 500平台进行深度测序，生成了样本的mRNA表达谱。
