All MR experiments were performed for each subject at a 3T-MR scanner (Discovery 750W, GE Healthcare, USA) equipped with a 24-channel head coil after written consent was obtained.All preprocessing procedures were performed using the Data Processing & Analysis for Brain Imaging (DPABI_V5.0 http://rfmri.org/dpabi), based on statistical parametric mapping (SPM12). The steps were as follows: removing first ten images; slice timing correction; head motion correction; The data were normalised (re-sliced at a resolution of 3x3x3 mm3; spatial smoothing (6mm full-width-at-half-maximum isotropic Gaussian kernel); removing linear drift and regressing out covariates, including white matter (WM) signal, cerebrospinal fluid signal and Friston-24 parameters. After preprocessing, the ALFF of each voxel was defined by the averaged square root of the power spectrum of time series, computed in a frequency domain based on a fast Fourier transformation and averaged across the frequency interval of 0.01–0.08Hz.
