PreDigs is a user-friendly database of predicted cell-type signatures for the human digestive system. It hosts 124 curated single-cell RNA-seq datasets, covering over 3.4 million cells, all freely downloadable. PreDigs standardizes cell type annotation across datasets, organizing 142 cell types into an 8-level hierarchical ontology. It provides three types of context-specific markers—Cell Markers, Subtype Markers, and TPN Markers—to support diverse research needs.
