Fungal diversity in biomethanization facilities and swine buildings

The study used air samples collected from biomethanization facilities and swine buildings using different air samplers. Different air sample concentrations protocols were evaluated a next-generation sequencing approach to demonstrate particular fungal cell behaviour when recovered from air samples.
