RNA sequencing analysis of gene expression in non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma (NTAPP)-exposed and -unexposed human adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ASC) [Ex.2]

We analyzed the whole genome expression profile of NTAPP-exposed ASCs to understand the molecular mechanism of the activation of adult stem cells proliferation by NTAPP exposure through nitirc oxide response. ASCs were pretreated with culture medium alone, 30 uM carboxy-PTIO (CP) or 30 uM DETA-NONOate (NONOate) prior to NTAPP exposure. CP-treated and untreated cells were exposed to NTAPP for 50 s per h for 10 times, and collected at 9 h after NTAPP exposure to extract total RNA.
