Expression data from rat spinal cord injury and mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) or olfactory ensheathing cells (OEC) transplantation

We analyzed the changes in the spinal cord transcriptome after a spinal cord contusion injury and MSC or OEC transplantation. The cells were injected immediately or 7 days after the injury. The mRNA of the spinal cord injured segment was extracted and analyzed by microarray at 2 and 7 days after cell grafting.本研究分析了脊髓挫伤损伤（spinal cord contusion injury）后，间充质干细胞（Mesenchymal Stem Cells, MSC）或嗅鞘细胞（Olfactory Ensheathing Cells, OEC）移植的脊髓转录组（transcriptome）变化。移植细胞分别于损伤即刻或损伤后7天完成注射。在细胞移植（cell grafting）后第2天和第7天，提取脊髓损伤节段的mRNA，并通过基因芯片（microarray）完成转录组分析。
