the whole genome sequencing of 100 MDR and 10 non-MDR clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis isolated in China. The aim of the study is to evaluate WGS as a tool for detecting drug resistance to 14 anti-tubercular drugs, with special attention to second-line and less commonly tested drugs, relevant for MDR and XDR treatment.
