We sequenced the genomes of seven individuals from five Cercopithecus taxa to investigate the presence of Y chromosome introgression in guenons.

Guenons (tribe Cercopithecini) are a diverse group of African primates that experienced ample ancient gene flow. In this study, we study the patterns of Y chromosome introgression in this group.
