This repository provides the complete mathematical formulation and a representative numerical instance of a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model for the operational planning of a dairy supply chain under disruption scenarios. The model integrates procurement, production, inventory, transportation, outsourcing, and inter-plant reconfiguration decisions within a multi-period and multi-scenario framework. A key contribution of the model is the incorporation of an inter-plant reconfiguration mechanism that enables the dynamic redistribution of semi-processed products when processing disruptions occur. This mechanism enhances system resilience by allowing adaptive responses to localized failures. The repository includes: A full mathematical model description A GAMS implementation Input data for reproducibility The model can be implemented in GAMS and solved using MILP solvers such as CPLEX or Gurobi.
