table of nucleotide sequences used as barcodes

Contains the sequences of all barcodes used to genotype samples described in the paper. Numeric ID numbers correspond to the ID numbers in samples_barcodes.csv. Can be used as input to the 'make_barcodes.R" script to create a list of barcode sequences for de-multiplexing. Please see README.txt for more information.
