食用农产品中甲拌磷含量一直是消费者关心的问题,本数据主要用于监测鄞州区食用农产品中甲拌磷含量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断食用农产品中甲拌磷含量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因甲拌磷残留量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。通过对某区域内50余种食用农产品进行采样;依据《食品安全国家标准法》GB 23200.113-2018,采用纸片法对食用农产品中甲拌磷含量采样,带回实验室进行检测,筛选出甲拌磷的测结果,通过GB 23200.113-2018对食用农产品中甲拌磷含量标准进行判定,用于评估其食用的安全性,食用农产品中甲拌磷含量合格率=合格样品项次数/检测样品数;食用农产品中甲拌磷含量安全评价检测问题项检测结果可以作为食品行业安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
The content of phorate in edible agricultural products has long been a concern of consumers. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the phorate content indicators of edible agricultural products in Yinzhou District. Based on the test data, it can be determined whether the phorate content in edible agricultural products meets national food safety production standards, so as to avoid food safety issues caused by excessive phorate residues, provide regulatory basis for regulatory authorities, and further protect consumers' food safety. Sampling was conducted on more than 50 types of edible agricultural products in a certain region. According to the National Food Safety Standard GB 23200.113-2018, the paper disk method was used to collect samples for phorate content detection in edible agricultural products, which were then transported to the laboratory for testing, and the phorate test results were screened out. The phorate content standards in edible agricultural products were judged in accordance with GB 23200.113-2018 to evaluate their edible safety. The qualified rate of phorate content in edible agricultural products = number of qualified sample items / number of tested samples; The test results of problematic items for the safety evaluation of phorate content in edible agricultural products can be used as a basis for safety evaluation in the food industry, providing technical support for targeted regulation by regulatory authorities.
