primary ATRT bulk RNA-seq

Matrix of raw counts and matrix of TPM of RNA-seq data from 49 primary ATRT samples were generated using an in-house pipeline developed at the Institut Curie Bioinformatics Core Facility (available at _{https://github.com/bioinfo-pf-curie/RNA-seq}) and the human reference genome hg19. Except, the first column which contains the gene name, columns correspond to samples and named by the patient ID.
