Parcel Record Assessor extract table

For more information about this layer please see the GIS Data Catalog. This data is a GIS Center value-added derivative of the parcel extract table from the Assessor's Office. The Assessor's Office does not consider this data to be authoritative, as it is a product of the GIS Center. The GIS Center renames the following fields to prevent naming conflicts in our internal database. RANGE is renamed to PLSSRNG, TOWNSHIP is renamed to PLSSTWN, SECTION is renamed to PLSSSCTN, and AREA is renamed to APPRAREA. The unique parcel identifier field PIN is added from the concatenation of MAJOR and MINOR numbers. This dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
