GEICAM 2009-03 (ConvertHER) Study

The goal of this study is to capture the transcriptome landscape of luminal and basal-like metastatic breast tumors. We will aim to show the importance of using the most up-to-date cancer biopsy for detecting cancer drivers that were often not present in the primary tumor.RNA-Seq data are available through dbGaP's Authorized Access portal, while expression data based on RNA-Seq is available at NCBI's GEO portal under GSE147322.
