Analysis of transcriptome differences in walnut (Juglans regia L.) roots after nitrogen stress treatment

In this work, we selected the roots of walnut seedlings as the experimental material and collected RNA sequencing data using the BGISEQ-500 platform. The results will provide evidence on the molecular mechanisms by which walnut seedlings resist extreme-nitrogen stress, which will be helpful for future research on the breeding of walnut seedlings with high NUE.
