Digital Archive from a Building Survey and Watching Brief at Ingersley Vale Mill, Ingersley Vale, Bollington, Cheshire, 2010 to 2011

This collection consists of images and site record data from a building survey and watching brief by Oxford Archaeology North. Work occurred at Ingersley Vale Mill at Ingersley Vale, Bollington, Cheshire, from August 2010 to February 2011. The building survey has provided an archaeological record of the buildings prior to both the demolition and any future development of the remaining structures. The survey was intended to ensure a record of the mill and its associated structures was made for archive and research purposes. The watching brief revealed the buried remains of foundations for three boilers, which were previously unknown.
