This record contains the analysis code and the final result files supporting the manuscript on the distribution of Hynobius quelpaertensis on Jeju Island. The upload includes summary result tables, final raster outputs, and the code used to generate the reported analyses and figures. The final raster outputs include the historical model, contemporary model, combined model, historical core, historical + local GAM prediction, and empty niche classification. Raster values represent relative suitability / relative occurrence intensity under a presence-background framework rather than absolute occupancy probability.
